The Power of Print
Cuisine Solutions is the worldwide authority on sous-vide cooking, but in 2016, the company had limited brand awareness outside its existing B2B audience. To boost brand recognition in the consumer market, I helped conceive and launch Sous-Vide magazine, the first consumer print publication devoted to the art and science of sous-vide cooking.

Sold on newsstands at major supermarkets and Costco stores across the country, the magazine features interviews with some of the world’s most renowned chefs, including Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud, as well as the expertise of Cuisine Solutions’ staff. It has consistently outperformed other food & drink titles in the consumer marketplace, with sales growing an average 40% per issue.
Paired with a robust digital content hub and a highly effective influencer and social strategy, Sous-Vide has made the practice of sous-vide cooking more accessible to consumers while building brand equity for Cuisine Solutions.
