As Editorial Director for HZDG’s Content Studio, I led the transformation of Dormify’s traditional merchandise catalog into an editorial magazine-slash-catalog hybrid. Working closely with the brand’s young founders, I leveraged the tenets of traditional journalism: identify the audience, understand their pain points, and deliver content that supports them on their journey.

The result was a more effective sales piece that seamlessly incorporated educational and engaging content to boost the brand’s appeal to its target audience of college-bound students.
